Acceptable Use Policy

This AUP is part of your agreement with TowerVPS. Violations may lead to immediate suspension under the Terms of Service.

1. Lawful use

Do not use Services for illegal activity under Bangladesh law or applicable international law, including fraud, malware, phishing, or child sexual exploitation material.

2. Network abuse

Prohibited: spam, open relays used for spam, DDoS, unauthorized scanning/exploitation, IP spoofing, and cryptomining that harms the platform.

3. Resource use

Stay within plan limits. Sustained overuse may be rate-limited, billed, or require an upgrade.
